• Experience designing scalable operating models or governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end global implementation operating model with scalable standards.
• Lead enterprise transformation to improve speed, quality, and consistency.
• Build executive dashboards and KPIs to monitor maturity.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure readiness and adoption.
• Identify and implement process optimization to elevate delivery efficiency.
