Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Process Engineer for its Workforce Staffing (WFS) Transformations team. You will drive variations, optimize costs, and introduce AI and automation across global recruiting operations in both manufacturing and corporate settings.

You will lead process mapping, capacity analyses, and SOP development while partnering with engineering, tech, and vendor teams to achieve scalable, compliant hiring processes worldwide.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience.
Six Sigma Green Belt.
Experience in Lean methodologies.
Experience collecting, analyzing, and utilizing data to drive process and system improvements.
Experience in automation or standardization and applying AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

Evaluate metrics across WFS programs and regions to identify improvement opportunities.
Analyze end-to-end recruiting workflows to optimize processes and reduce cost per hire.
Drive AI, machine learning, and automation solutions to scale operations without headcount growth.
Develop SOPs and engineering standards to maintain process control.
Training and partnering with leaders to drive standardization globally.
