Job summary

Accenture in Overland Park, Kansas is seeking an experienced Capability Reinvention Manager to shape technology strategy and architecture for GCC design and setup. You will provide technology expertise across client opportunities, aligning solutions with the target operating model and business goals.

Responsibilities include evaluating current landscapes, defining future-state architectures, and supporting enterprise transformation programs. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least half dedicated to GCC strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and scaling technology operating models and platform-led transformation initiatives within GCC environments.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience leveraging AI-enabled platforms, digital tools, automation technologies, and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC/GBS setup engagements at headquarters, bringing deep expertise in enterprise technology, digital platforms, and system interoperability.
• Work closely with solution teams and client stakeholders to assess the current technology landscape, define future-state architectures, and recommend technology solutions that align with the target operating model and business objectives.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ, ensuring technology decisions support broader transformation goals.
• Ability to travel up to 50%
