Deloitte France is seeking a Software Engineer II with Anthropic AI experience to design and build AI-enabled, full-stack solutions for client engagements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering with a focus on full-stack development.
• 3+ years of experience designing, developing and delivering AI/ML solutions.
• At least 6 months of hands-on experience developing agentic AI solutions using Claude Agent SDK including agent orchestration, tool integration, permissions or MCP integration.
• At least 6 months of hands-on experience developing and deploying production solutions using Anthropic Claude models.
• At least 6 months of experience applying prompt engineering, context engineering, structured outputs and related techniques to improve AI solutions.
• 3+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience using Python, Java, .NET, Go, or Node.js and React/Angular/Vue.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver full-stack software and AI-enabled solutions for client engagements.
• Develop and support microservices, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, containerized workloads, and infrastructure as code.
• Integrate Claude platforms and generative AI to deliver context-aware features, retrieval-augmented generation, tool-calling workflows, and automation.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions and contribute to code reviews.
• Troubleshoot defects, improve performance, write automated tests, and support production readiness activities.
