Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering with full-stack focus, including 3+ years in lifecycle from requirements to production deployment.
• 3+ years designing, developing and delivering AI/ML solutions.
• At least 6 months of hands-on experience developing agentic AI solutions using Claude Agent SDK including orchestration, tool integration, permissions or MCP integration.
• At least 6 months of hands-on experience deploying production solutions using Anthropic Claude models.
• At least 6 months of prompt engineering, context engineering, and structured outputs to improve AI solutions.
• 3+ years of full-stack development with Python/Java/.NET/Go/Node.js and a frontend framework.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain scalable full‑stack features across front‑end and back‑end systems.
• Develop and support microservices, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, containerized workloads, and infrastructure as code.
• Integrate Claude AI platforms and Claude APIs to deliver context‑aware features and tool‑calling workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions and run code reviews.
• Troubleshoot defects, improve performance, write automated tests, and support production readiness including on‑call rotations.
