Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Software Engineer II with Anthropic AI experience to design, build, and deliver full‑stack software and AI‑enabled solutions for client engagements on the Engineering as a Service team.

You will integrate Claude, develop scalable microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions while ensuring production readiness and incident response.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in software engineering with full-stack development.
• 3+ years delivering AI/ML solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Claude agentic AI and Claude integration.
• Experience deploying production AI/ML solutions and APIs.
• Strong back-end (Python/Java/.NET/Go/Node.js) and front-end (React/Angular/Vue).
• Client-facing role experience and REST/GraphQL proficiency.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Claude integration in commercial use.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
• Willingness to travel ~50% and eligible for sponsorship if needed.
• Preferred: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jira/Linear, open source contributions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain full-stack features for client engagements.
• Develop microservices, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized workloads.
• Integrate Claude models and build retrieval-augmented workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements.
• Troubleshoot defects and support production readiness including on-call rotations.
