Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Engineer to drive rapid development in an AI-assisted environment. You will leverage AI coding assistants to accelerate delivery while applying strict human oversight to validate, secure, and maintain complex enterprise code.

The role requires 5+ years in software engineering with Java/Spring Boot, Angular 17+, PostgreSQL, and AWS. You must be on-site in Washington, DC and hold an active Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Computer Science and 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Java/Springboot, Angular(version 17 or higher), PostgreSQL, and AWS environments.
• Demonstrated experience working in AI-assisted development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Write, review, and refactor Java (Spring Boot) back-end and Angular 21 front-end code.
• Use AI tools to generate boilerplate, write unit tests, and perform application modernization tasks.
• Ensure AI-generated outputs strictly adhere to security, AWS cloud architecture, and PostgreSQL standards.
• Manually review, debug, and optimize code to prevent integration issues and low-quality abstractions.
