Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks a highly skilled Full-Stack Engineer to drive rapid development in an AI-assisted environment. You will write and refactor Java/Spring Boot back-end and Angular front-end code, using AI to accelerate delivery with strong human oversight for security and quality.

Requires 5+ years in software engineering, expertise in Java/Spring Boot, Angular 17+, PostgreSQL, and AWS, plus 100% onsite work in Washington, DC.

Qualifications

Undergraduate or Master's degree in Computer Science and 5+ years of software engineering experience.
Strong expertise in Java/Spring Boot, Angular 17+, PostgreSQL and AWS environments.
4+ Years Experience In JAVA/Springboot.
4+ Years Experience in Angular.
3+ Years Experience in PostgreSQL.
Demonstrated experience working in AI-assisted development workflows.
Excellent debugging and architectural design skills to steer AI agents effectively.
Willing to be 100% onsite in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

Write, review, and refactor Java (Spring Boot) back-end and Angular 21 front-end code.
Use AI tools to generate boilerplate, write unit tests, and perform application modernization tasks.
Ensure AI-generated outputs strictly adhere to security, AWS cloud architecture, and PostgreSQL database standards.
Manually review, debug, and optimize code to prevent integration issues and low-quality abstractions.
