Job summary

Condactis Ltd. is seeking a mid-to-senior full-stack engineer to own and implement features across medical platforms, ERPs, and process-automation systems. You will translate designs into robust code, pairing AI-assisted workflows with solid architecture and production-grade practices.

You will collaborate with senior architects, ensure high quality through tests, and mentor teammates while driving velocity and reliability across the stack.

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack foundation with typed API language (TypeScript/Node or C#).
• Comfortable with SQL and data modelling, ability to shape frontend structure.
• Curiosity about how AI changes development practices and readiness to adopt AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Implement business logic for ERP, medical platforms, and process-automation features.
• Pair AI tooling with senior judgment to maintain velocity and code quality.
• Take features from spec to production: data models, APIs, UI.
• Spot architectural drift early and raise concerns before debt accrues.
• Mentor junior engineers using AI-augmented workflows.
• Write tests that validate AI-generated code.
• Review peers' diffs critically and discuss discrepancies.
• Document where AI tooling helps or hinders learning for the team.
