The role focuses on modernizing planning, forecasting, and decision-support with AI-enabled processes, partnering with merchandising, operations, technology, and servicing leaders to drive value.

The candidate will shape a data-driven finance function, build scalable processes, and mentor a high-performing FP&A team in a fast-growing retail environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in FP&A or related roles with leadership experience.
• Retail experience with unit economics, margins, merchandising and planning.
• Proven ability to partner with leaders and influence decisions.
• Strong modeling, forecasting, and analytics linked to strategy.
• Excellent communication for executive-ready insights.
• Hands-on in high-growth, mid-sized, dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting with operational alignment.
• Partner with leaders across merchandising, operations, tech, and servicing.
• Drive visibility into unit economics, margins, KPIs and cohorts.
• Build and modernize forecasting models and dashboards tied to drivers.
• Lead AI adoption across FP&A to streamline recurring work.
• Define vision for AI-forward finance and practical workflows.
• Support scenario planning and investment analysis.
• Coordinate with Accounting and PROG finance teams for data accuracy.
• Build scalable processes for a growing business.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
