Purchasing Power, LLC is seeking a Senior Director to lead FP&A for a growing, retail-focused business within PROG Holdings. The role partners with senior leaders to modernize planning, forecasting, and decision-making using data-driven insights and AI-enabled workflows.

You will build scalable processes, drive unit economics analysis, and mentor a high-performing FP&A team in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A or related roles, including people leadership.
• Retail/consumer-friendly context with strong unit economics understanding required.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and partner across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, forecasting, budgeting with operational alignment.
• Partner with merchandising, operations, tech, and services for real-time insight.
• Develop AI-enabled forecasting and scalable reporting tied to business drivers.
• Mentor a high-performing FP&A team and drive cross-functional initiatives.
