Job summary

Progressive Leasing is seeking a Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead FP&A for Purchasing Power. This build-and-transform role focuses on modernizing planning, forecasting, and decision-making with AI-enabled finance, while partnering with senior leaders across merchandising, operations, and technology.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in FP&A, deep retail finance knowledge, and strong modeling and communication skills to drive data-driven decisions and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• MBA or professional certification preferred (CPA/CFA).
• 10+ years FP&A/related roles with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting with operational alignment.
• Be the financial partner to merchandising, operations, technology, and servicing leaders.
• Drive unit economics, margins, and KPI visibility; translate to actions.
• Build modern forecasting models, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Mentor a high-performing FP&A team and partner with central finance.
