Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst based at our Santa Clara HQ to join the GTM Finance HQ team within FP&A. You will synthesize financial and operational intelligence across a global sales organization, interfacing with regional teams, Accounting, and Procurement to deliver a clear financial picture for senior leadership.

You will develop executive-ready analyses, build performance metrics, and drive automation to improve forecast accuracy and planning cycle efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into workflows, automation, or decision making.
• Strong analytical focus with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Background in SaaS FP&A, equity research, investment banking, or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with planning/visualization tools like Pigment/Anaplan, Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the financial planning process: annual plan, budgeting, quarterly forecasting for Sales headcount and Opex.
• Link regional teams, Accounting, and Procurement into a clear financial narrative for leadership.
• Develop executive-ready financial analysis and commentary for GTM Finance and Sales leadership.
• Build and maintain performance metrics and reporting frameworks for the Sales org.
• Identify and drive process improvements, automation, and tool-enabled workflows to improve forecast accuracy.
