VentureCopilot is seeking a proactive Copilot to support founders with AI-enabled operations. You will manage inboxes, calendars, travel planning, and meeting prep while building scalable processes.

Ideal candidates combine fluent English, daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude), and a track record of independent, discreet work in fast-paced environments. Remote work across US/EU time zones is available.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, excellent written and verbal skills.
• Daily use of AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience building workflows and SOPs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Founder Support — manage inbox and calendar, triage responses, and arrange travel across time zones.
• Operations & Process — build and maintain SOPs, fix bottlenecks, own end-to-end projects.
• Coordination & Communication — liaise with contractors and vendors, track action items.
• Systems & Reporting — keep CRM data clean, track budgets and invoices.
• AI-Enabled Execution — use AI to speed up research, drafting, and reporting.
