Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI-native Forward Deployed Product Manager to lead a single AI delivery team. You translate business problems into harness specs, develop agents, and prototype to demonstrate value to clients.

You will guide discovery, write specs, and drive the product from concept to client demos while maintaining stakeholder alignment. You will embed with a client delivery team, manage a harness team end-to-end, and ensure delivery commitments.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in product, technical-product, or delivery leadership with technical fluency and client-facing delivery.
• At least one year of experience with AI-first skills (building agents, spec-driven development, context engineering, prototyping with AI).
• At least one year of experience with GenAI and LLM fundamentals.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and mobilization (first ~2 weeks).
• Build and skill AI agents for the harness, author markdown/context files.
• Write specifications and drive spec-driven development.
• Prototype and vibe-code to shape the product.
• Partner with stakeholders on requirements and iterate the technical form.
• Run the harness and demos independently, showing value to clients.
• Shape and prioritize the feature pipeline across sprints.
• Manage the team to stakeholder expectations.
