• 5-7+ years of software engineering experience building production systems.
• Experience with AI tooling: agents, prompting logic, and evaluations.
• Proficient in Python and SQL with data pipelines and cloud infra (Azure).
• Strong product judgement and ability to transform complex workflows into solutions.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment with travel to Habitat Health centers.
• Proof of medical clearance, immunizations up to date, and CA driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Build a unified data and tooling layer on Habitat Health's infrastructure.
• Design, build, test, and ship AI tools, copilots, agents, and automations.
• Run structured evaluations and debug failure modes before users see them.
• Maintain and document tools in production and ensure reliability.
