Bunkerhill is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Lead to own end-to-end AI deployments across health systems, from discovery to go-live and ongoing optimization.

This hands-on role designs, configures, and deploys AI workflows inside the platform, not just requirements. You will work with clinicians, operations leaders, and IT teams to translate needs into durable, scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on role designing, configuring, and deploying AI workflows.
• Own end-to-end AI deployment lifecycle across health systems.
• Translate clinical workflows into structured, auditable agent designs.

Responsibilities

• AI agent development: design, test, refine agents and prompts.
• Workflow design: map current-state to future-state workflows with AI.
• Customer engagement & change management: partner with health systems and lead adoption.
