• Strong experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, SQL, and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sale: build a working proof-of-value directly in the prospect's data and systems.
• Lead the technical evaluation: architecture and security/compliance reviews, integration feasibility, and technical RFP responses.
• Post-sale: architect and deploy customer-specific AI Agent configurations in production.
• Travel to customer sites as needed (up to 30-40%).
• Ongoing: shape the product and playbook by surfacing customer feedback to product and engineering.
