Job summary

Curative is hiring a forward deployed software engineer to own the F&A platform, a data-intensive system that transforms and reconciles large volumes of financial data. You will work at the intersection of engineering and F&A operations, ship AI-driven automation, and own production.

You’ll collaborate with product and accounting to turn workflows into shipped software. You will leverage Python, TypeScript, and cloud infrastructure, building AI agents and ensuring data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping production software.
• Fluency in Python and TypeScript.
• Strong SQL and relational database fundamentals.
• Experience building data-intensive applications.
• AI-first working style with prompts, agents and tooling.
• Experience owning a non-trivial service in production (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own full-stack Python + TypeScript application with domain complexity.
• Design and ship AI agents for support and billing.
• Own data pipelines, checks and financial data accuracy.
• Set architectural direction and production ownership for the platform.
• Collaborate with accountants and F&A leads to translate needs into software.
• Define strategy and roadmap for the platform surface.
• Implement integrations with internal services and third-party systems.
