Job summary

Savvy Wealth, Inc. is building an AI-native finance function in NYC. As Strategy & Operations generalist, you will own money movements between Savvy and 100+ advisors, shaping models, systems, and decisions around it.

This operator seat reports to our Head of Finance. You will work across the company, triaging advisor needs, and driving recurring processes like payouts, invoicing, and partner revenue. The role offers high leverage in a fast-growing fintech environment with equity

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in investment banking, consulting, or a strategy, ops, or finance role at a high-growth startup.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel. This is a hard requirement. Build and audit multi-input calculations with lookups, pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Own core finance operations end to end, including advisor payouts, invoicing and collections, and partner revenue.
• Automate manual steps with AI-powered workflows; document processes and embed controls.
• Be the point person for advisor/internal questions and resolve issues at the root.
• Help build the function by shaping role and team.
• Support strategic projects such as pricing, advisor programs, and vendor evaluations.
