Job summary

AV in Simi Valley seeks a Senior Data & AI Analyst, Finance Systems to own financial data migration for Oracle Fusion and to pioneer AI, LLMs, and intelligent agents to transform finance operations. This role reports to the Director, Finance Systems and leads data and AI initiatives.

You will build intelligent workflows for data quality, automation, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics while partnering with Accounting SMEs to ensure balance integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, CS, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial data management, ERP data migration, or analytics.
• 2+ years building AI/LLM apps, intelligent agents, or ML models.
• Proven experience leading at least 2 full ERP data conversions from planning through go-live.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data conversion planning for Oracle Fusion, including scope definition, data source identification, mapping specifications, and conversion schedules.
• Extract, transform, and load financial data from legacy systems (COA, customer/vendor masters, open balances, historical transactions, asset registers).
• Develop and maintain data mapping documents translating legacy data to Oracle Fusion Cloud models (P2P, R2R, Q2C, P2C).
• Coordinate with IT on data extraction, FBDI file generation, and API-based loading.
