Job summary

Deloitte France seeks an experienced AI/Finance Transformation specialist to lead AI solution development for enterprise clients. The role bridges client needs with technical teams, designing AI-enabled financial processes and architectures across cloud platforms.

The candidate will drive engagements, mentor teammates, and contribute to business development while traveling up to 50% as required. Strong Python, SQL, and cloud experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS or equivalent.
• 6+ years of software development with Python or similar.
• Experience architecting AI systems on GCP/AWS/Azure.
• Experience delivering production-grade AI solutions.
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions with customers.
• Experience building data pipelines using vector DBs and RAG-like architectures.
• Experience using Python and SQL in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience architecting generative AI across infra, model, and apps with listed platforms.
• Experience with finance data such as planning, forecasting, close, profitability.
• Ability to travel ~50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI solution development and deployment, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Bridge client stakeholders and delivery teams with clear guidance.
• Lead small engagements within larger programs for AI-enabled solutions.
• Translate requirements into build specs and provide guidance during development.
• Translate finance processes into AI design requirements aligned with outcomes.
• Engage clients to identify high-impact AI use cases and design solutions.
• Perform AI-enabled assessments to inform architecture decisions.
• Define scope and delivery plans and manage architecture through delivery.
• Support proposals, RFPs, and mentor team members.
