Job summary

Deloitte France seeks a Finance Analytics & AI Senior Consultant to help clients solve complex finance challenges using data, automation, ML, and generative AI. You’ll influence outcomes from planning to close and contribute to growth across the Finance Transformation practice.

You will design AI-enabled solutions, build data assets with Python and SQL on cloud platforms, run workshops, and guide cross-functional teams through delivery while traveling up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field; strong analytical background.
• 4+ years of software development experience with Python or similar languages.
• Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms (e.g., GCP).
• Experience delivering production-grade AI-driven solutions from conception to launch.
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions with customers.
• Experience building data pipelines for structured/unstructured data using vector databases and RAG-like architectures.
• Experience using Python and SQL on AWS, GCP, or Azure for analytics/ML/automation.
• Experience architecting generative/agentic AI solutions across infra, model, and app layers; familiarity with major platforms.
• Experience in finance data use cases: planning, budgeting, forecasting, close, profitability, or cost allocations.
• Willingness/ability to travel ~50% and potential sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support design and delivery of finance transformation solutions using data, automation, ML, and AI capabilities.
• Architect generative and agentic AI solutions across infra, model, and app layers for finance use cases (planning, budgeting, forecasting, close, consolidation).
• Translate business requirements into AI-related designs, workflows, and implementation plans.
• Build AI-enabled data assets with Python and SQL on cloud platforms.
• Contribute to client workshops, solution demos, testing, deployment, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify delivery risks, track dependencies, and support cross-functional delivery.
