Job summary

myKaarma is seeking a Field Implementation Trainer to empower Fixed Operations staff across our dealer network to fully use the ServiceLane Technology suite, including AI-enabled features. This role requires on-site training across nationwide locations and a willingness to travel four weeks per month.

You will guide end users, troubleshoot, and provide personalized training to ensure long-term adoption and efficiency at each dealership. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in automotive dealership fixed operations.
• 2+ years in automotive software consulting, installation, or training.
• 2+ years operating where AI augments workflows with compliance and transparency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and proactive with a strong sense of urgency.
• Willingness to commit to full-time travel (Mon-Fri, 4 weeks per month).

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training to dealership personnel on myKaarma products, including AI-enabled capabilities within Service Lane Technology.
• Assess each project and coordinate with the Lead Field Implementation Trainer.
• Prepare for each installation by reviewing Salesforce notes, deployment handoff notes, and product specialist handoff notes.
• Document dealership training notes and follow-up outreach.
• Collaborate with Deployment, Support, Product Managers, and other teams to address customer needs.
• Communicate clearly through voice and written channels and stay informed on product updates.
