Job summary

Moderna is seeking a facilities and asset management specialist to support the Norwood campus and global manufacturing operations. You will administer the Maximo system, ensure data integrity, and drive AI-enabled optimization of maintenance workflows.

This onsite role emphasizes collaboration across teams and ongoing digital transformation. Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in facilities management, experience with Maximo, and a readiness to work in GMP environments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in engineering, facilities management, information systems, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in business administration, engineering, facilities management, or similar environment.
• Experience with Maximo or similar enterprise asset management systems.
• Exposure to GMP-regulated environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the Maximo enterprise asset management system across sites.
• Maintain, govern, and improve the integrity of Maximo master data.
• Support digital transformation initiatives to modernize maintenance and facilities management processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve system performance with AI-enabled tools.
• Provide troubleshooting support and guidance for Maximo-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to implement scalable AI-driven improvements.
