You will own service health, automation programs, and partner interactions while identifying opportunities to reduce manual work and operationalize AI across support at scale.

This role blends team/project management, systems building, data science/engineering, and deep craft in the support operations space, shaping the future of our support organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading support operations teams.
• Strong track record of coaching, driving accountability, and improving automation adoption at scale.
• Ability to define metrics, interpret dashboards, and partner with engineering and data teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline operations org design across partner and vendor management.
• Manage multi-site partner management including capacity planning and QBRs.
• Own end-to-end service governance including automation rate, cost to serve, and first-response time.
• Set standards for scalable, reusable systems and upskill teams with Automation Engineering.
