Sprinklr is seeking a Senior Director of Executive & Internal Communications to guide executive and employee communications programs, aligning leadership messaging with Sprinklr’s strategy and transformation journey.

The role partners with senior leaders to translate complex business topics into clear narratives, ensuring employees understand priorities and outcomes, while driving alignment across the organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of executive, internal, corporate, or strategic communications experience.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced, complex organizations.
• Experience leading communications during periods of transformation, growth, or organizational change.
• SaaS, enterprise technology, and/or public company experience preferred.
• Experience working across global organizations and diverse employee populations.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive communications and leadership messaging.
• Lead internal communications and employee engagement programs.
