Job summary

Sprinklr is seeking a Senior Director, Executive & Internal Communications to lead communications programs that align business strategy with leadership messaging and employee engagement. You will partner with senior leaders to translate complex priorities into clear narratives and drive organizational alignment across the company.

The role focuses on executive communications, internal engagement, and strategic change management, reporting to the VP of Corporate Communications & Analyst

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in executive, internal, corporate, or strategic communications.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced, complex organizations.
• Experience leading comms programs during transformation, growth, or organizational change.
• SaaS, enterprise technology, and/or public company experience preferred.
• Experience working across global organizations and diverse employee populations.
