Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in service, operations, or program management roles.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence across a matrixed organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating executive-ready presentations and updates.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and complex details.
• Proven program management experience, including planning, tracking, risk management, and issue escalation in complex projects.
• Business acumen to understand strategic initiatives and challenges, and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to work with large datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to develop high-quality analyses and compelling presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project plans and ensure they are the single source of truth for meeting planning activities.
• Conduct kickoff calls 16 weeks prior to events to align scope, timelines, and success criteria.
• Lead weekly and bi-weekly stand-up meetings to drive cross-functional collaboration and timely milestones.
• Synthesize post-event feedback into retrospective deliverables to inform improvements.
• Identify and elevate risks to ensure timely visibility and mitigation.
• Map tasks, ownership, and expectations across planning stakeholders to drive accountability.
• Collaborate with Drive to manage calls and strengthen team alignment and execution discipline.
• Pursue formal training and apply learning to enhance project management capability.
