Responsibilities

• Project Management Excellence for GRB Flagship Events: maintain project plans as single source of truth.
• Lead kickoff calls 16 weeks before event start to align scope and timelines.
• Lead weekly/bi-weekly stand-up meetings to drive milestones.
• Synthesize post-event feedback into retrospectives to inform improvements.
• Identify and elevate risks to ensure timely mitigation.
• Map tasks and ownership across planning stakeholders.
• Take ownership of segments within Drive to 75 calls, strengthening team alignment.
• Refine workflows, templates, and meeting frameworks for efficiency.
• Leverage Copilot for meeting notes to enhance documentation accuracy.
• Track outcomes and share actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
