Job summary

Ama is seeking an experienced environmental professional to run AI-assisted Phase I ESAs and related reports in New York. You will verify findings against source records, apply CERCLA and ASTM E1527-21 standards, and manage project scope, timelines, and client communications.

Requirements include substantial environmental consulting experience, PE/PG licensure preferred, strong report writing, and ability to improve agent systems by turning identified errors into fixes.

Qualifications

• Substantial environmental consulting experience with Phase I ESAs and due diligence reports.
• Deep knowledge of CERCLA, EPA All Appropriate Inquiries and ASTM E1527-21.
• PE/PG-level technical judgment and strong report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Run AI agents to produce Phase I ESAs and other environmental reports.
• Verify findings against source records and regulatory standards.
• Manage project scope, timelines and client communications; improve agent system by fixing identified errors.
