Job summary

Ama is seeking an experienced environmental professional to run AI-assisted Phase I ESAs and related reports in New York. You will verify findings against source records, apply CERCLA and ASTM E1527-21 standards, and manage project scope, timelines, and client communications.

Requirements include substantial environmental consulting experience, PE/PG licensure preferred, strong report writing, and ability to improve agent systems by turning identified errors into fixes.

Qualifications

• Substantial environmental consulting experience with Phase I ESAs and due diligence reports.
• Deep knowledge of CERCLA, EPA All Appropriate Inquiries and ASTM E1527-21.
• PE/PG-level technical judgment and strong report-writing skills.

Requirements

Candidates should have substantial environmental consulting experience preparing and reviewing Phase I ESAs and environmental due diligence reports, with deep working knowledge of CERCLA, EPA All Appropriate Inquiries, and ASTM E1527-21. They should bring PE/PG-level technical judgment, strong report-writing and review skills, and the ability to manage projects and client relationships; active PE/PG licensure is preferred.
