Job summary

Ama is seeking an Agentic Compliance Engineer (ACE) in New York to run and enhance our agent harness, ensure report quality, and own client deliverables. You will manage timelines, scopes, and communication for diverse environmental projects while improving the system with your coding and QA skills.

You will verify outputs against source data and regulatory records, interpret site conditions, and ensure reports meet professional standards.

Qualifications

• Willing to work hard on meaningful projects.
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Interest in AI agents, coding, and software.

Responsibilities

• Produce reports end to end: run agents on Phase I ESAs and environmental reports from intake to final draft.
• Verify agent output against source documents, regulatory databases, and standards.
• Make judgment calls interpreting site history, regulatory records, and site conditions.
• Own clients and projects: manage timelines, scope, and communication.
• Improve the system by turning errors into fixes and collaborating with engineering.
