Ama in Brooklyn is seeking an Agentic Compliance Engineer (ACE). You will run and improve our agent harness, ensure outputs meet professional standards, and own the client reports from intake to final delivery.

You will verify agent results against source documents and regulatory databases, make informed judgments about site history and regulatory implications, manage timelines for projects, and collaborate with engineering to fix issues and ship improvements.

Responsibilities

• Run agents on Phase I ESAs and other environmental reports from records intake to final draft.
• Verify agent output against source documents, regulatory databases, and the standard.
• Make judgment calls on site history, regulatory records, and site conditions.
• Own timelines, scope, and communication on your projects.
• Improve the system by turning errors into fixes and shipping them with engineering.
