Job summary

Eaton's Corporate Sector seeks a Principal Transactional Excellence Leader for the Eaton Transaction System (ETS). This founding, enterprise-level role drives process excellence across Quote-to-Cash and SG&A, leveraging process mining, AI-enabled transformations, and Lean methods to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will observe how work occurs, redesign workflows with stakeholders, mentor teams, and help establish enterprise standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum 10 years leading process improvement and business transformation, especially in Quote-to-Cash or SG&A.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across corporate and transactional functions.
Assess current-state processes using observation, stakeholder engagement, process mining, and data analysis to identify waste and inefficiency.
Establish process visibility, measurement baselines, and identify unmeasured work.
Drive root-cause resolution by improving upstream conditions.
Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve workflows.
Partner with process owners and Solution Architecture to align process and tech.
Quantify business impact in cost, quality, speed and productivity.
Coach leaders and teams in continuous improvement.
