Juul Labs seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead a global software engineering team, define strategy and roadmaps for compelling customer-facing experiences, and advance AI-native initiatives. You will drive stakeholder alignment, research market trends, and ensure data-informed decisions align with core business goals.

The role requires strong UX understanding, technical literacy (databases, APIs, HTML/CSS), and experience with AI tools, Jira/Linear, and fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of software development processes.
• Strong critical thinking and first-principles problem-solving.
• Sound understanding of UX design principles.
• Working knowledge of databases/SQL, APIs, and HTML/CSS.
• Experience with AI tools for productivity and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with Jira or Linear for roadmaps and project tracking.
