Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an Enterprise Solution Executive to translate complex customer challenges into strategic, scalable, and secure technology solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle from opportunity shaping to delivery governance.

In this senior role, you’ll build executive relationships, shape deals above $15M, and advocate AI-driven modernization across multi-year engagements, aligning DXC capabilities with customer outcomes and business value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business or enterprise architecture, large-scale solution design, and customer-facing technical or service delivery roles.
• Must be legally authorized to work in US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience with AI-enabled enterprise solutions at scale.
• Proven experience leading multi-year, multi-million-dollar deals.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted technical advisor relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders to shape decisions.
• Engage and co-create with customers to drive business value and transformation.
• Translate business objectives into winning solution opportunities leveraging DXC capabilities.
• Mentor and guide solution teams to translate customer requirements into winning solutions.
• Navigate competing priorities across DXC sales, delivery, and customer teams to maintain momentum.
• Understand how AI and automation reshape DXC solutions.
• Contribute to evolving market and product offerings.
