Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an Enterprise Solution Executive (ESE) to bridge business strategy with technology execution. The role spans opportunity shaping, pre‑sales, and delivery governance, aligning capabilities to customer needs and driving scalable, secure solutions.

You will lead executive conversations, co‑create with customers, and translate objectives into differentiated technical offerings, leveraging DXC’s Xponential blueprint across cloud, advisory, and AI native services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise architecture and large‑scale solution design.
• Experience with pre‑sales, RFP/RFI responses, and solution commercialization.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted executive relationships with CXOs and senior customer stakeholders.
• Engage with customers to shape and validate ideas and drive business value.
• Translate business objectives into winning technology solutions leveraging DXC capabilities.
• Mentor solution teams in translating customer requirements into scalable solutions.
• Navigate cross‑functional teams to maintain momentum on complex pursuits.
• Understand evolving workforce models, automation, and AI in shaping solutions.
