Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an Enterprise Solution Executive (ESE), a senior role at the intersection of business strategy and technology execution. You will translate customer challenges into robust, scalable solutions, guiding the full lifecycle from pre-sales to delivery governance.

In a rapidly evolving AI-enabled landscape, you will build executive trust, shape strategic opportunities, and align capabilities across DXC to deliver differentiated offerings and measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business or enterprise architecture and customer-facing roles
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future
• Experience with AI-enabled enterprise solutions
• Proven track record with deals of $15M USD and above
• Experience with pre-sales, RFP/RFI responses, and solution commercialization
• CXO-level engagement in a consultative capacity
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Engineering or a related field
• Experience with TOGAF or Open CA architecture frameworks
• Experience with hyperscalar clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integration
• Familiarity with iPaaS and containerization technologies

Responsibilities

• Build trusted executive relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with customers to shape ideas and drive business value.
• Translate objectives into differentiated solutions leveraging DXC capabilities.
• Mentor solution teams to translate requirements into winning solutions.
• Navigate priorities across sales, delivery, and solution teams.
• Apply TBM to ensure value-based technology decisions and cost transparency.
• Lead end-to-end scalable solutions for multi-domain opportunities.
