Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a Senior AI Transformation Lead / Technical Advisor to guide IT and Application Services in defining and executing an AI transformation strategy, focusing on AI adoption, enterprise architecture, cloud modernization, and AI integration across the SDLC using Microsoft technologies.

You will lead architecture standards, governance, and the rollout of GitHub Copilot and Azure AI Foundry, advising leadership on AI investments and priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience as an enterprise architect or senior cloud architect in a large IT organization.
• Deep expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, GitHub, and GitHub Copilot.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry or comparable enterprise AI platforms.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC and how AI changes each phase, from analysis through delivery and operations.
• Track record of leading cloud transformation programs.
• Ability to communicate AI strategy to executive and technical audiences.
• Experience with application services and managed operations (Operate) models.
• Experience measuring developer productivity and AI adoption outcomes.
• Background in AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap for adopting AI across the SDLC, starting with an analysis of the current SDLC to identify where AI adds the most value.
• Lead enterprise architecture for AI transformation, setting standards, reference architectures, and governance.
• Design cloud architectures hands-on, and layer AI capabilities on top of existing and in-flight cloud transformation.
• Drive adoption and rollout of GitHub Copilot across engineering teams.
• Architect and deliver AI solutions on Azure AI Foundry.
• Advise IT and application services leadership on AI strategy, and act as the technical authority on AI.
• Define success measures for AI adoption and report outcomes to stakeholders.
• Support Application Services and Operate teams in embedding AI into run and maintain activities.

The role will primarily focus on providing expert technical guidance to client's management on AI adoption, enterprise architecture, cloud modernization and AI integration across the SDLC. The consultant will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping leadership evaluate AI opportunities, assess technology solutions, define architectural approaches and make informed decisions regarding AI investments and implementation priorities. The technology environment is primarily Microsoft-based, including Azure, GitHub, GitHub Copilot, and Azure AI Foundry.
