Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to own an enterprise AI roadmap spanning Sales, Licensing, Finance, Support, and BI. You will partner with leaders to identify bottlenecks and apply AI-driven workflows to automate critical journeys.

The role requires deep knowledge of GenAI, SDLC, and customer discovery in B2B settings, with a focus on governance, privacy, and data integrity. This position is based in the US and emphasizes collaboration in cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years of experience in Product Management for Enterprise Applications, Business Systems, or Data/BI Architecture.
• Mandatory hands-on experience building functional prototypes, code snippets, or mock UIs using generative AI tools and no-code/low-code platforms.
• Expertise in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and writing high-quality user stories.
• Proven experience conducting 'Voice of Customer' interviews and customer discovery in complex B2B environments.
• Technical Literacy: hands-on experience using GenAI tools to turn prompts into functional prototypes in constrained environments.
• AI Application: Deep understanding of LLM mechanics and constraints in enterprise processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize an AI-powered roadmap for enterprise applications across multiple domains.
• Partner with business leaders to streamline processes via AI/Agentic workflows.
• Build and iterate on prototypes using AI-native tools before handing off to Engineering.
• Define error budgets, guardrails, and governance for AI outputs in critical systems.
• Create and version-control Golden Sets from internal data to evaluate AI performance.
