Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead strategy and delivery of an enterprise AI-enabled employee experience platform. This role translates priorities, user needs, and technical opportunities into a clear product roadmap and backlog.

You will guide cross-functional teams and ensure AI capabilities, digital tools, and system integrations form a cohesive user experience. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Lead for an enterprise platform or digital product.
• 5+ years translating leadership direction and user needs into roadmaps, backlogs, epics, stories.
• 3+ years owning day-to-day product decisions including backlog prioritization and release scope.
• Experience with AI-enabled products, digital assistants, workflow automation, or enterprise search.
• Experience leading Agile product delivery with backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Coordination across product, design, engineering, data, and business stakeholders.
• Experience with enterprise systems, APIs, data flows, and complex integrations.
• Ability to influence, manage ambiguity, and communicate to technical and senior leaders.
• HS diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Make day-to-day product decisions and guide cross-functional delivery.
