Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks an experienced Product Owner to drive AI-enabled platform initiatives. You will own backlog, align with stakeholders, and translate needs into actionable specs with engineering, UX, data science, and architecture teams.

The role focuses on agile delivery, release planning, acceptance testing, and measuring adoption with analytics, ensuring alignment to enterprise architecture and Responsible AI standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership or product management.
• Experience with agile development teams; manage product backlogs, user stories, and release planning.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and prioritization skills.
• Working knowledge of AI, analytics, enterprise software, UX principles, and modern software development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing features and user stories based on business value and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define acceptance criteria, and translate needs into actionable product specifications.
• Work with Engineering, Applied AI, UX, Data Science, and Architecture teams to deliver AI-enabled capabilities on time and with high quality.
• Support product discovery, sprint planning, release management, user acceptance testing, and continuous improvement activities.
• Monitor product adoption, customer feedback, usage analytics, and KPIs to identify enhancement opportunities.
• Ensure product delivery aligns with enterprise architecture, governance, Responsible AI standards, and platform design principles.
• Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams and serve as the day-to-day product owner for assigned product domains.
