Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Solutions Architect, Lead to act as the technical authority for AI solutions, guiding design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure data systems. You will collaborate with engineers, product owners, cybersecurity, and cloud teams to ensure objectives are met across the enterprise.

As a leader, you will drive architecture reviews, mentor engineers, and oversee end-to-end implementation of complex AI features and data pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development and relational database design.
• 5+ years of programming in Java, Python, C#, or .NET.
• Experience with enterprise data systems, data pipelines, and distributed architecture.
• Experience with enterprise solution architecture and cloud-based deployments.
• Experience with microservices, containers, and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience performing technical discovery and delivering solution documentation.
• Ability to lead technical teams, and make and own architectural decisions.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in software engineering, system design, solution architecture, and complex system integrations, or 11+ years of experience in software engineering, system design, solution architecture, and complex system integrations in lieu of degree

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design reviews.
• Develop proofs of concepts for AI solutions.
• Architect end-to-end enterprise AI solutions with integration patterns and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and cloud teams.
• Guide engineering teams in services, APIs, and database integrations.
• Design and optimize relational databases including SQL modeling and data migration.
• Define technical requirements, constraints, and success criteria.
