Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced Enterprise Agentic AI Engineer to join a cross-functional team transforming core business systems. You will design and build agentic AI solutions that automate workflows and enable faster decision-making.

You will work on Project Keystone, integrating platforms like Icertis, Ivalua, and Costpoint, coordinating with product owners, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience supporting enterprise transformation, technology modernization, AI-enabled solutions, program delivery, or business process improvement initiatives
3+ years of experience supporting AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, data analytics, or emerging technology initiatives
3+ years of experience gathering, analyzing, and translating business needs into requirements, implementation plans, and actionable recommendations
1+ years of experience designing, developing, evaluating, or implementing agentic AI applications in prototype or production environments

Responsibilities

Define requirements and coordinate delivery activities across design, data, reporting, testing, deployment, and readiness workstreams
Collaborate with program leaders, product owners, SMEs, technical teams and stakeholders to maintain alignment
Lead agentic AI prototyping and modernization initiatives across enterprise platforms and processes
