Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience building and running production backend or full-stack systems.
• Hands-on cloud depth with containerized services, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code, serverless stack preferred.
• Demonstrated AI-native development: experience with agentic tools and LLM-powered apps.

Responsibilities

• Assess prototypes and decide harden, rebuild, or redirect, owning the outcome end-to-end.
• Design, build, and ship services on enterprise platforms with full security standards.
• Develop AI-native workflows: drive agents, test scaffolding, and production artifacts.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance to translate workflows into software.
• Deliver handoffs with runbooks, evals, and dashboards.
• Establish platform patterns to scale repeated solutions.
• Maintain high engineering quality with rigorous review of AI-generated code.
