Qualifications

• Proven experience leading 3–5 engineers with performance responsibility.
• Strong backend experience with production systems (Elixir/Phoenix or Ruby).
• Ability to ship secure, scalable software in complex environments.
• Experience designing or adopting automation and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small engineering team (3–5 engineers) with focus on delivery and technical excellence.
• Balance hands-on work with leadership responsibilities and contribute to product development.
• Own hiring, onboarding, and the growth of engineers on the team.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and mentorship to engineers.
