Job summary

Amazon's Central Science Team invites a Technical Program Manager III to lead cross-functional teams in applying AI/ML and causal econometric models to improve employee experiences across benefits, compensation, recruiting, culture, and management practices. The role partners with UX researchers, data scientists, economists, and engineers at scale.

You will mentor TPMs, drive program strategy, set milestones, monitor progress, and communicate with senior leadership to deliver measurable impact

Qualifications

5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
7+ years working directly with engineering teams.
3+ years of software development experience.
5+ years of technical program management with software engineering teams.
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams and release schedules.

Responsibilities

Manage cross-functional engineering, product, data science, and business teams to deliver scientific programs.
Identify dependencies and enable collaboration between technical teams and stakeholders.
Lead communication and provide executive visibility into high-impact programs.
Accountable for developing and implementing overall strategy and driving teams.
Mentor and develop junior Technical Program Managers.
