Job summary

Acrisure South Insurance Services, LLC is seeking an Employee Benefits Client Advisor to drive new business, deepen client relationships, and expand Acrisure’s footprint in the market. The role emphasizes data-driven consulting, AI-powered insights, and a collaborative, tech-enabled sales approach.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in client-facing roles and benefits experience, with a Life & Health license preferred or the ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a client-facing or business development role.
• 2+ years of employee benefits experience in an agency/broker setting.
• Life & Health License preferred, or ability to obtain license upon hire.
• Demonstrated use of CRM and AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by building a qualified pipeline and achieving quota.
• Develop and execute growth plans using data-driven insights and AI.
• Partner with service teams to deliver proposals and tailored solutions.
• Manage client relationships with a consultative sales approach and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
