Job summary

Cover Genius is seeking an experienced Insurance Product Manager to lead and manage insurance and non-insurance products across multiple lines, from development to pricing, underwriting, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with pricing, partnerships, compliance, and development teams to deliver profitable, scalable products that meet partner demands.

You will drive product strategy, own portfolios, and work with cross-functional teams to expand market presence in the US and globally,

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience developing insurance products, pricing and/or underwriting.
• Track record in ongoing product and portfolio management.
• Experience in designing and writing policies and related documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in business; postgraduate degree/desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop new insurance and non-insurance products across Ticketing, Logistics, Warranty, CFAR, Income Protection, and/or Commercial Lines.
• Manage existing insurance product portfolios with reporting and improvements to underwriting, product and policy wording.
• Guide underwriting efforts and policy requirements including supplier partner management.
• Produce regular reporting and provide market commentary in meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of coverage innovations, pricing changes, and regulatory developments.
• Collaborate with partnerships team on new partnerships and financial modeling.
